You can now fine-tune when and how your Address Book contacts are notified by configuring availability windows directly on each contact. This new option lets you define the days of the week, time ranges, and notification methods (email, SMS, or voice) during which a contact can be reached, ensuring alerts are delivered only when they’re relevant and actionable. Whether you’re routing incidents to on-call technicians during business hours or escalating issues after hours through a different channel, availability windows bring smarter, more intentional notifications to your workflows. Combined with the Notify User event action, this improvement helps making sure the right people are reached at the right time.
